A visit from the Wards

This weekend my Uncle Jake, Aunt Amy, and cousins Tanner & Logan came to visit us. I had the best time playing with my cousins!! 3 little monkeys - Logan, Tanner and I love bananas!! we played with my farm set . . Tanner and I had a tea party. On Saturday we went to the Zoo!!! We saw penguins . . . Here we are watching a peacock, ducks and swans Tanner and Aunt Amy watching the little monkeys. Logan ans I checking out the monkeys. We saw a baby camel!! This baby camel scared daddy. Mommy laughed so hard, and she said it was the best part of the zoo that day. Logan wasn't afraid to feed him. Baby Audrina with the baby goat. Eating applesauce with a spoon . . . BY MYSELF!!

I got into the fridge and got out the applesauce. And I ate it with a spoon, by myself!! It got much messier a few minutes later, but we don't have a picture of that. :)

some kid bit me!!!

Today at daycare I was fighting with another kid over a toy, and he/she bit me!!! I have teeth marks on my right wrist to prove it. I mean, I really wanted that toy, but did he/she have to bite me? Mom says she hopes that I don't start biting other kids.

a visit from Grandma & Grandpa Sylliaasen

Grandma and Grandpa Sylliaasen came to visit last weekend. We hung out, went garage sailing, Grandpa and daddy worked on the lawn mower . . . I pulled around Grandma's purse for awhile. What do you have in here Grandma? rocks? Here I am with Daddy and Grandma Sylliaasen - a 3 generation picture. Oh, and it looks like Dexter was able to sneak into the picture too!! :)

A visit to Burwell

Last weekend my daddy went to Spalding, NE to participate in his first ever branding/castrating at the Mailander ranch. Mommy and I drove the extra 45 minutes and spent the weekend in Burwell with the DeGroff's. Trista, Gauge, Paxton and I sitting on the floor playing with blocks. And Uncle Michael helping Paxton. I'm gonna steal this block from Paxton . . . maybe without him even knowing it. :) Grandpa made a new trailer for Gauge while I was there. Uncle Jason strapped this car seat onto it for rides. Mommy waited a couple hours before she was ready to let me take a ride. She made Gauge drive in low gear. And she walked right beside me to make sure everything was ok. WEEEEE. what a fun ride!!

My new daycare

Here I am at my new daycare. I started my new daycare last week. I am in the 1 yr old - 1.5 yr old room. The lady in green is my teacher - Ms. Rose. She is so nice to me. Aren't we all cute sitting at this tiny table in our tiny chairs eating our breakfast!! :) I do art projects at my new daycare! Here is a constellation that I made.

My busy weekend

Grandma and Grandpa Degroff, Uncle Jason, and cousins Jaylee, Trista and Gauge came to visit last weekend. We went to visit our great grandma and grandpa - Nana and Papa. Here we are with Papa. Me and my great Nana Mom and I took Grandma and cousins Jaylee, Trista and Gauge to the zoo. When we saw the lemurs Trista sang, "I like to move it, move it. I like to move it, move it. We like to . . . move it!" Trista and the tiny monkey. I watched cousin Gauge feed the swans. Cousin Jaylee just did her 4-H speech on the penguin. She knows all about them!! Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see? Look at this beautiful peacock we saw!! Grandma and I played with some rocks. I ate a lot of bananna and some grapes. Yeah - I am eating more fruits now!!

My 1 year doctor appointment

Mom forgot the camera, so we don't have any pictures - oh well. I think I remember that place from before. I wasn't too sure of the doctor touching me with her stethoscope. I weighed in at 18 lbs, 13 oz (25th percentile), I am 28.5" long (also 25th percentile), and my head is in the 50th percentile (mom doesn't remember the measurment). The doctor said I have another ear infection, so we got some antibiotics for that. I got 3 shots and I cried, cried cried. Mommy nearly cried too. I haven't been eating many fruits and vege's, and I haven't really gotten the hang of the sippy cup yet, so the doctor said for me to keep getting my fomula in the bottle for a bit longer. Mom and Dad are going to try using cups and straws and hope I get the hang of the sippy cup soon. (And they hope I start eating more fruits and veges soon).

My 1st Birthday Weekend
