Trick-or-Treating in Rapid City

This weekend we went to Rapid City to visit the Sylliaasens and the Wards. Here I am reading a book with cousins Tanner and Logan. Cousin Logan and I jumping on the couch at Grandma's house!! On Thursday night we went to Grandma's work for a "trunk-n-treat". Cousins Tanner (the ninja), Logan (the pirate) and I made out like bandits!! We got tons of candy!! I ate a sucker (a dumm dumm) for the first time. It was delicious. My tounge, mouth, lips, chin and hands were BLUE and sticky, but it was delicious. Here we are at Grandma & Papa's house getting ready to go to the trunk-n-treat. Saturday night we got all dressed up and went trick-or-treating to some friends' houses in Rapid City. MORE CANDY!!

NO MORE SOY MILK!!!

Mommy and Daddy have been slowly testing out the waters to see if I can tolerate regular milk now, instead of soy milk. And after a week long "test" I believe all is good and we are gonna get rid of the soy milk!! YEAH!!!

I'm a techie - just like my daddy

I've been webcam'ing with grandma and grandpa Sylliaasen. It's lots of fun!! Now everytime mommy or daddy grabs the computer I think we are going to webcam grandpa and grandma. I get all excited and jump around and say, "Papa, Papa, Papa, Papa."

18 month dr appointment

Went to the doctor again today. I am now 30" tall, 20# 13 oz, and my head is 45.9 cm. I am between the 10th percentile and the 15th percentile for it all. Although I think my weight was down a little bit as I had the flu this past week and was either vommiting or filling my diaper with liquid for 4 days. It feels good to be better again!! I had 2 shots. And it was horrible. I cried and cried and cried. But there is 2 pieces of good news: 1) I don't have to come back for 6 more months (as long as I don't get sick in the meantime), and 2) I am all caught up on my shots, so they said I won't have to get any shots when I come back for my 2 year appointment-YEAH!!

Our Family Trip to the Apple Orchard

APPLE!!! This is one of my favorite words these days. I call maccaroni and cheese "apple", I call anything red, "apple", etc. So It was fun for me to go to the apple orchard. look daddy.... sheep! We also saw bunnies, goats, a donkey, ducks and chickens. hey guys.... what ya doin? My first pony ride!!! It was so much fun!! I kept saying, "nice pony, nice pony" and petting it. there's daddy.... "cheeeesssseeee" hey dude, can you make this pony go any faster?

Tubes

Today I had surgery to put tubes in my ears. We checked in at 6:15am and we were on our way home before 9am. I was only away from mommy and daddy for 25 minutes. Everything went good. Hopefully I won't have so many ear infections anymore. I have had 4 ear infections in the last 2 months. The doctor said he didn't think the fluid was draining, and that is why it kept getting infected. Today the doctor said he drained out quite a bit of thick fluid after the tubes were in.

Look at me... I'm a Flower Girl

On September 18th, uncle Michael and aund Jessica got married, and I got to be their flower girl!!! The battery in mommy's camera died, so she didn't get very many picutres, but she will get pictures from others and add them to my blog later. Here I am at rehersal/dinner the night before the wedding. I practiced walking down the isle, and I even went down once by myself-without my mommy. I think I am ready for tomorrow. Playing with Paxton's truck... Here I am hanging with mommy before the wedding started. It was a very busy day for me. About 5 minutes before the wedding started I just couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. Mommy was walking around blabing to others, so I just laid my head down on her shoulder and shut my eyes to take a little snooze. Aunt Jessica told mommy to just let me sleep and carry me down the isle. I slep through the whole wedding!! My cousin Gauge was the ring bearer. After standing at the front of the church for only 2 minutes he layed his head down on his ring bearer pillow on the floor and he slept through the weddin too. me and Grandma Cutting a rug with my mommy. Froggy of the Week

I am "Froggy of the Week" at daycare this week. What does this mean you ask. Well....I get to run errands and deliver messages and help out with getting lunch ready. I also get to decorate my very own bulletin board with a bunch of pictures of me with my family.

I have discovered ketchup. Not only does it taste good, but it is so much fun to play with!!

It's Game Day!! Yeah!! College football is here!! I dressed in Huskers and daddy in Purdue. Whenever daddy jumped around and clapped, I watched him and did exactly what he did. Monkey see, monkey do.

Grandma and Grandpa Sylliaasen came to visit.

They took care of me while mommy and daddy went to my Great-Papa's visitation and funeral. I stuck to Grandma Sylliaasen like glue!! :) Then on Saturday we went to the River Boat days parade in Yankton. We had so much fun that mom forgot to take pictures!!! here I am playing with Grandpa Sylliaasen.

Fun at the waterslides!!

Lots of family came to town for my Great-Papa's funeral and they stayed at a hotel with an awesome water park!!! Here are several pictures of the whole family playing at the waterpark!! Daddy went hiking

Daddy went hiking with his friend-Jason and uncle Jake in WY. This is the third hiking trip they have taken together. Mommy and I went back to Nebraska for the weekend. We let daddy have the camera for the weekend, so here are some of his pictures from the hike. Mommy and I sure missed daddy while he was gone!! They woke up to a little bit of snow!!
