Tubes

Today I had surgery to put tubes in my ears. We checked in at 6:15am and we were on our way home before 9am. I was only away from mommy and daddy for 25 minutes. Everything went good. Hopefully I won't have so many ear infections anymore. I have had 4 ear infections in the last 2 months. The doctor said he didn't think the fluid was draining, and that is why it kept getting infected. Today the doctor said he drained out quite a bit of thick fluid after the tubes were in.

Look at me... I'm a Flower Girl

On September 18th, uncle Michael and aund Jessica got married, and I got to be their flower girl!!! The battery in mommy's camera died, so she didn't get very many picutres, but she will get pictures from others and add them to my blog later. Here I am at rehersal/dinner the night before the wedding. I practiced walking down the isle, and I even went down once by myself-without my mommy. I think I am ready for tomorrow. Playing with Paxton's truck... Here I am hanging with mommy before the wedding started. It was a very busy day for me. About 5 minutes before the wedding started I just couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. Mommy was walking around blabing to others, so I just laid my head down on her shoulder and shut my eyes to take a little snooze. Aunt Jessica told mommy to just let me sleep and carry me down the isle. I slep through the whole wedding!! My cousin Gauge was the ring bearer. After standing at the front of the church for only 2 minutes he layed his head down on his ring bearer pillow on the floor and he slept through the weddin too. me and Grandma Cutting a rug with my mommy. Like my dance moves?

Froggy of the Week

I am "Froggy of the Week" at daycare this week. What does this mean you ask. Well....I get to run errands and deliver messages and help out with getting lunch ready. I also get to decorate my very own bulletin board with a bunch of pictures of me with my family.

I have discovered ketchup. Not only does it taste good, but it is so much fun to play with!!

It's Game Day!! Yeah!! College football is here!! I dressed in Huskers and daddy in Purdue. Whenever daddy jumped around and clapped, I watched him and did exactly what he did. Monkey see, monkey do.

Grandma and Grandpa Sylliaasen came to visit.

They took care of me while mommy and daddy went to my Great-Papa's visitation and funeral. I stuck to Grandma Sylliaasen like glue!! :) Then on Saturday we went to the River Boat days parade in Yankton. We had so much fun that mom forgot to take pictures!!! here I am playing with Grandpa Sylliaasen.

Fun at the waterslides!!

Lots of family came to town for my Great-Papa's funeral and they stayed at a hotel with an awesome water park!!! Here are several pictures of the whole family playing at the waterpark!! Daddy went hiking

Daddy went hiking with his friend-Jason and uncle Jake in WY. This is the third hiking trip they have taken together. Mommy and I went back to Nebraska for the weekend. We let daddy have the camera for the weekend, so here are some of his pictures from the hike. Mommy and I sure missed daddy while he was gone!! They woke up to a little bit of snow!!

Fun at Daycare

My teacher, Ms. Rose, gave mommy and daddy a CD of pictures from the last couple months. I'm calling my daddy... Look at me ... at the top of this big slide!! I'm driving, get out of my way.... Cowgirl Audrina. Yeee Haw!! Swim day at daycare. Ms. Rose and Ms. Sara get all of us in our suits and sun screen and put water in an inflatable pool and we all hang out. They do this on Wednesdays and Fridays this summer. Am I cool, or am I cool? Fun with blocks. Field Trip. One day this summer my daycare took a field trip to the pool. Here I am playing in the water. Sharing with my friend. Mommy came with me because she says she is nervous with little kids and water. And I'm not all that stable on my feet in the pool. We had so much fun!!

15 month doctor appointment

Today I had my 15 month doctor appointment. I weighed in at 20 lbs, 3 oz, which is the 12th percentile. I measured 28.5 inches long which is the 3rd percentile. And my head was 41 cm which is the 25th percentile. The doctor said I was healthy!! I got 2 shots which hurt really bad. I cried for a long time. I am talking more and more every day. Some things I say are mommy, daddy, Dexter, hi, bye, nanna (bananas), Piper (my friend from daycare), puppy, woof, more, ball, and uh-oh.

I've got it all

my remote, my drink, and my chair. It doesn't get much better than this.

Bath time

The best toy to play with in my bath tub is this bowl and ladel!!

NO MORE BOTTLES!! I'M A BIG GIRL

The only bottle I have had lately was my night time bottle. Mommy says our bedtime routine just worked so good, she has been reluctant to change it. Mom says I adjusted like a champ and it was so much easier than she thought it was going to be.

The 4th of July is SCARY!

I went outside with Mommy and Daddy to watch some fireworks, but they are SO LOUD!! And everyone in our neighborhood was lighting off LOUD fireworks. It didn't take long before I was afraid of all those loud noises and I wanted to go inside - away from the scary fireworks!!

At the pool

Mommy and Daddy took me to the pool. I was afraid at first, but soon I figured out that the pool was a very fun place to be!! Here I am going down the slide. Playing with someone else's ball. splashing around.
