Grandma and Grandpa Sylliaasen came to visit.

They took care of me while mommy and daddy went to my Great-Papa's visitation and funeral. I stuck to Grandma Sylliaasen like glue!! :) Then on Saturday we went to the River Boat days parade in Yankton. We had so much fun that mom forgot to take pictures!!! here I am playing with Grandpa Sylliaasen.

Fun at the waterslides!!

Lots of family came to town for my Great-Papa's funeral and they stayed at a hotel with an awesome water park!!! Here are several pictures of the whole family playing at the waterpark!! Daddy went hiking

Daddy went hiking with his friend-Jason and uncle Jake in WY. This is the third hiking trip they have taken together. Mommy and I went back to Nebraska for the weekend. We let daddy have the camera for the weekend, so here are some of his pictures from the hike. Mommy and I sure missed daddy while he was gone!! They woke up to a little bit of snow!!

Fun at Daycare

My teacher, Ms. Rose, gave mommy and daddy a CD of pictures from the last couple months. I'm calling my daddy... Look at me ... at the top of this big slide!! I'm driving, get out of my way.... Cowgirl Audrina. Yeee Haw!! Swim day at daycare. Ms. Rose and Ms. Sara get all of us in our suits and sun screen and put water in an inflatable pool and we all hang out. They do this on Wednesdays and Fridays this summer. Am I cool, or am I cool? Fun with blocks. Field Trip. One day this summer my daycare took a field trip to the pool. Here I am playing in the water. Sharing with my friend. Mommy came with me because she says she is nervous with little kids and water. And I'm not all that stable on my feet in the pool. We had so much fun!!

15 month doctor appointment

Today I had my 15 month doctor appointment. I weighed in at 20 lbs, 3 oz, which is the 12th percentile. I measured 28.5 inches long which is the 3rd percentile. And my head was 41 cm which is the 25th percentile. The doctor said I was healthy!! I got 2 shots which hurt really bad. I cried for a long time. I am talking more and more every day. Some things I say are mommy, daddy, Dexter, hi, bye, nanna (bananas), Piper (my friend from daycare), puppy, woof, more, ball, and uh-oh.

Bath time

The best toy to play with in my bath tub is this bowl and ladel!!

NO MORE BOTTLES!! I'M A BIG GIRL

The only bottle I have had lately was my night time bottle. Mommy says our bedtime routine just worked so good, she has been reluctant to change it. Mom says I adjusted like a champ and it was so much easier than she thought it was going to be.

The 4th of July is SCARY!

I went outside with Mommy and Daddy to watch some fireworks, but they are SO LOUD!! And everyone in our neighborhood was lighting off LOUD fireworks. It didn't take long before I was afraid of all those loud noises and I wanted to go inside - away from the scary fireworks!!

At the pool

Mommy and Daddy took me to the pool. I was afraid at first, but soon I figured out that the pool was a very fun place to be!! Here I am going down the slide. Playing with someone else's ball. splashing around.

Happy Father's Day Daddy!!

I got daddy this iPad for Father's Day. There are all kinds of baby apps that I play with daddy. This one is flash cards with letters. M is for monkey. Then the monkey jumps around and makes monkey noises. And another app sings "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round And Round". Daddy and I push different spots on the pictures to make the wipers move, and the kids jump up and down, etc. It is so much fun. But remember, this present was for daddy!! :)

Our Father's Day Weekend.

We rented a cabin at the camp grounds by the Lewis & Clark lake in Yankton. Mom didn't take very many pictures of our weekend, but we sure had a good time!! Like my beach attire? Hang'in with daddy on the beach Playing in the sand with daddy!! I took a couple bites of sand. Mommy gave me my sippy cup with water to wash it down. I wasn't crazy about the water - I don't know if it's because it was kind of cold, or what. I love the water in the bath tub. Mommy and Daddy took me to the Tasty Treat in Yankton. The tasty beef was so tasty!! We also went out to dinner at the Marina. We were seated at a table near the waitresses station and every time someone walked by us (which happened quite often since we were near the waitresses station) I flashed my sweetest smile, and said "hhhhhhiiiiiiieeee". Everyone stopped to say hi to me and comment on how cute I was. I had a blast and was so sad when we had to leave.

Preparing for Father's Day

I drew (colored) some pictures for my Grandpa's for father's day. I love coloring. It is so much fun!! It is even more fun coloring NAKED!! daddy helped me - but only a little bit. OOOhh. These crayons are delicious!! (not really) But Mommy couldn't keep them out of my mouth!!
